The Thai Food and Tourism Trade Association (TFTTAS)
is dedicated to becoming a strong, sustainable, and trusted
central hub that connects and supports its members
throughout the entire supply chain — from upstream,
midstream to downstream.
Our vision is to drive the sustainable growth and global
competitiveness of Thailand’s food and tourism industries
through collaboration, innovation, and shared value creation.
We are committed to good governance, transparency,
and non-profit operations, focusing not on profit-seeking but
on creating value and mutual benefits for all members and
society as a whole
Mission
1. Promote marketing and public relations to expand high-quality market bases and build trust in delivering sustainable value.
2. Create and develop innovative products and services within the supply chain to enhance value and competitiveness.
3. Integrate and strengthen the supply chain — from upstream, midstream to downstream — to deliver value and quality to customers while ensuring sustainable income distribution.
4. Develop an advanced information technology system and Big Data platform for business operators, and enhance marketing and service apabilities to effectively respond to the needs of service users and stakeholders.
5. Strengthen TFTTAS organizational performance in the food and tourism business sector through innovation, transparency, and good governance, positioning the association as a high-performance organization in the market.
4.Establish rules and agreements to guide or regulate members’ practices, ensuring that all
operations of the association and its members are conducted in an orderly, transparent, and fair
manner.
5.Undertake activities for the public benefit, contributing positively to society and community

Objectives

2.Support and assist members in overcoming obstacles and resolving operational issues, including facilitating negotiations and agreements, monitoring market movements, and providing guidance related to the food, tourism, hotel, accommodation, and related equipment industries — both domestically and internationally.
3.Serve as a central hub for knowledge exchange among members, academic institutions, and
related organizations in the food and tourism industries. The association also supports education, research, and professional development in food and tourism business sectors in Thailand.

Summary of Achievements Over the Past Year
The Thai Food and Tourism Trade Association (TFTTA) has successfully brought together a diverse group of high-potential professionals from various industries to support food and tourism entrepreneurs. The association officially became a non-profit legal entity on April 9,2021, in accordance with the registration requirements.
Summary of Achievements Over the Past Year
Government & Public Sector Collaboration Proposed a Big Data project to the government, aimed at
collecting structured information throughout the food and tourism supply chain impacted by the COVID-19 crisis.
→ The objective: to provide targeted government support for small businesses to ensure their long-term
sustainability.
Proposed the “Happy Box: Delicious Knock on the Door” project — an initiative allowing restaurants to sell and
deliver their signature dishes directly to consumers.
→ This program aligns with changing consumer behavior during the COVID-19 era and helps minimize health risks.
Supporting Southern Farmers in Yala ProvinceIn collaboration
with the association, a project was launched to support farmers in driving the national economy.This initiative provided market access and distribution opportunities for agricultural products during the COVID-19 economic downturn.

In partnership with the Department of Internal Trade (DIT), the association supported local longan farmers through market assistance and promotional activities to address the issue of product oversupply.

CampaignTFTTA joined forces with the public sector to support agricultural activities and local farmers affected by the COVID-19 crisis.This campaign aimed to boost sales and distribution of longkong fruit to help sustain local farming communities.

TFTTA joined forces with the Department of Internal Trade to support and promote the Vegetarian Festival, helping boost consumer spending, tourism, and food industry recovery during the pandemic.

Activities by the Association “Sharing Kindness — Fighting COVID-19”
TFTTA organized community support activities to help vulnerable groups during the COVID-19 crisis, including providing essential supplies, food, and daily necessities to affected individuals and communities.

In collaboration with Wat Boromniwas Vihara, the association prepared and distributed 1,000 boxed meals and survival kits to: Hospitals Temples Quarantined communities Underprivileged individuals One-month continuous campaign during the COVID-19 crisis.

TFTTA also worked with local communities to provide relief assistance and distribute food and essential supplies to citizens affected by the pandemic, reinforcing the association’s commitment to community care and social responsibility.
VN Official Invitation from the Government of Hue, Vietnam
TFTTA was officially invited by the Hue City Government, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, to join a trade and cultural exchange conference. This event fostered closer ties between Thailand and Vietnam, strengthening cooperation in food, tourism, and cultural sectors.
AE Participation in Meeting with Ambassador — 2nd Thai Festival Dubai UAE
The Thai Food and Tourism Trade Association (TFTTA) participated in a meeting with the Royal Thai Embassy in the UAE to discuss collaboration and preparations for the 2nd Thai Festival Dubai, aiming to promote Thai food, culture, and tourism internationally.
